Rosalind Peterson is California
President and Co-Founder of the Agriculture Defense Coalition (ADC).
The ADC was formed in 2006, to protect agricultural from a wide
variety of experimental weather and atmospheric testing programs.
Ms. Peterson also founded California Skywatch in 2002, when she
began researching atmospheric testing and weather modification
programs. The two websites are separate entities but are linked
together by issues listed alphabetically in the "Categories"
section. (The California Skywatch Website is merging permanently
with the ADC on January 15, 2011.)
Ms. Peterson was a Keynote Speaker at the 60th Annual DPI/NGO
Conference on Climate Change (New York on September 5-7, 2007.) She
spoke about agriculture and the negative impacts of experimental
weather modification programs on tree and plant health, along with
other important issues. Since then she has presented her United
Nations Power Point Presentation to colleges, universities and
interested groups. She has also been interviewed on numerous radio
and television programs. |

The Agriculture Defense Coalition
is dedicated to protecting agriculture, our water supplies, trees,
and pollinators from a wide variety of experimental weather
modification and atmospheric testing programs, toxic chemicals,
Geo-engineering (climate remediation or Solar Radiation Management
Schemes), and other experiments.
Some of these experimental
programs may cause a decline in agriculture crop production,
exacerbate declines in tree health, and add toxic chemicals to our
air, water supplies, and soils. Just the use of salt particles to
make make clouds more reflective (one of many geo-engineering
schemes), will cause our water supplies and soils to become salty.
The continued use of salt particles in clouds will make productive
crop producing soils unusable for agriculture and change fresh water
to salt water. The results will be long-lasting and will affect
trees, birds, mammals, fish, watersheds, pollinators, crop
production, rivers and streams.
Toxic chemicals used in experimental atmospheric testing programs by
the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy in conjunction with NASA or private
companies, and wealthy individuals are already showing up in
drinking water samples across the United States. The California
State Department of Heath, Drinking Water Division in Sacramento,
CA, is the repository for all public drinking water tests results
required by the State of California and the EPA. These tests show
increasing (unusual spikes), levels of toxic contaminants.
In the United States anyone may modify or mitigate your weather or
climate without your consent. Any government agency, the military,
state, county, city, private corporation, weather modification
company or individual can modify your weather at any time. No public
notification is required other than to report these programs to NOAA
if they are ongoing. However, it has been learned that many programs
are not reported to NOAA (National Oceanic & Atmospheric
Administration), or they are not made public when they are just
experimental programs.
