"Fallen Heroes of Iran Uprisings"

with Hamid Azimi and Fred Dastmalchi

Our Guest: Hamid Azimi

Communications DIrector, Iranian American Community of Northern California IACNORCAL

Our Solution: The two options that seem to be on the table with Iran is either negotiation, or war. But we have a third option which we feel will serve the best interests of everyone. The solution to the Iranian problem is neither appeasement of a terrorist regime nor a foreign war, but democratic change by relying on the Iranian people and their organized Resistance. The Iranian Resistance’s President-elect Mrs. Maryam Rajavi put forth this option during her address to the European Parliament in December 2004. The Iranian people have a history of resistance towards oppression, and movements geared towards democracy and freedom. Iran is a country with two-third of its population under the age of 30. The young and dynamic students’ movement in Iran has bravely confronted the Iranian regime on many occasions. The choice for all countries of the world is easy for democratic change in Iran:

STAND WITH IRANIAN PEOPLE AND THEIR ORGANIZED RESISTANC

Photo Exhibit in Honor of the Fallen Heroes of Iran Uprisings

San Francisco, CA, December 3, 2022 - Photos of a portion of more than 650 people killed in the ongoing Iran protests will be on display by Iranian-Americans, supporters of the Iranian Resistance movement led by Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, in Union Square on Sunday, December 4, the day that will mark the 80th day of what is now known as Iran Revolution.

The nationwide uprisings, ignited by Mahsa Amini’s brutal murder on September 16 by the ruling religious dictatorship, have now spread to over 270 cities in 31 provinces and have also caused the death of over 600 people, including 60 children with the age range of 2 to 17.

Honoring the memory of Khodanour Laje'i, participants in the photo exhibit plan to take turns in a silent performance of how Iran's suppressive forces publicly tortured Khodanour. (Image included below).

DATE: Sunday, December 4, 2022

TIME: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
